Left to cherish his memory is his wife, whom he adored since high school, Wanda Tootle Kelley. His mother Jennivee Greene Kelley and a sister, Loretta (Terry) Thornton. His children, daughters; Jill Barton (Mark) Chastant, Jeri Barton (Doug) Hudson, sons; Jimmy Kelley III and Brandon Kelley, grandchildren; Chase McCrory, Haley Bradford, Jordon Chastant, Austin Chastant and Cierra Kelley.
He was preceded in death by his father, James W. Kelley, Sr.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 6, 2011 with a visitation at 2:00 P.M. with service following at 3:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church in Vancleave on Hwy. 57.
