Cause of Death: Murder (Wendy was pregnant and sleeping in her own bed, when the murderer crept into her bedroom)

Please take a moment of your time to read a story about a kind, caring, young woman. She was "Our Angel On Earth.. She is, Now Our Angel In Heaven.

Wendy is remembered for having a pure heart. She always found the good in everyone, even if no one else could. She would look deep and find something of value.

Wendy and her mom were very close. Growing up, there were no other children, in her area to play with. They became best friends. Wendy really enjoyed playing Barbies. She was a lovely little girl.

Her Mom had a baby boy when Wendy was 9. When she was 12, her mother had a baby girl. When her sister was born, Wendy thought she had a living Barbie Doll to play with :-)

Wendy was married to a man named Travis. Wendy and Travis had two boys. She was a very loving dedicated mother and always put her kids first. Not only did she worry about the welfare of her children... She worried about the well-being of others as well.

As I said, Wendy and her mother were best friends. Her mom was there during the birth of both boys. Wendy named the first son after his dad. She allowed her mother to name their second son, Alex.

The marriage was having problems that caused them to separate.

After many months Wendy decided to try to continue to make her marriage work. Wendy became pregnant with her third child. She was really hoping for a girl. Unfortunately, neither the baby nor mother lived for that to happen.

Wendy was missing for 9 days. Her mother had filed a missing person's report. When her car was found burned in the woods, the sheriff's deputy took one look at it and told the wrecker driver, "There is not much to inventory, tow it." The trunk was NEVER opened. Wendy's mother received a call that Wendy's car had been found. Her mom asked, "Where is Wendy's body?" The Olive Branch Asst. Police Chief told her, "There is no body." Wendy's mom went to the wrecker company and found Wendy's cremated remains in the trunk of Wendy's car...

A special thanks to everyone for leaving a flower and/or note for Wendy. It touches my heart and soul. Next to losing a child, a mother's worse fear.. their child will be forgotten.

I Only Wanted You. They say memories are golden... Well maybe that is true. I never wanted memories, I only wanted you. A million times I needed you, a million times I cried. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life I loved you dearly... In death, I love you still. In my heart you hold a place... No one could ever fill. If tears could build a stairway and heartache made a lane, I'd walk the path to heaven and bring you back again. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
