Jake was the big cat at our house. Weighing in at just over 20 pounds he was a definate chunk.
We were given Jake by our neighbors whose dogs had gone after him. He was just a tiny thing, only about 6 weeks old. My daughter fell in love with him at first sight. Psymon, the alpha cat, wasn't too happy with a kitten but came to accept him as part of the household.
I am going to miss my clumsy foot warmer, as he would always curl up on my feet while I was at the computer. I'll never forget the way he would use me as a by-pass on his way to his favorite windowsill and occasionally falling in the 12 inch space from the arm of my chair to the window.
