EDON - Crissie Grace Brigle, 98, of Edon, died Sunday, Nov. 27, 1995 at the Life Care Center, Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Mrs. Brigle was born Feb. 21, 1897, the daughter of Laura (Matthews) and Elvin McCamis. On Nov. 1, 1916 she married Gayle Brigle at Montpelier and he preceded her in death in March 1959.
A member of the Edon United Methodist Church, she was a homemaker and a member of the Edon American Legion Auxiliary #662.
Mrs. Brigle is survived by one son, Charles (Ellen) Brigle of Longwood, Fla.; and one daughter-in-law, Marjorie Brigle of Edon; 15 grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth: one daughter, Esther Shoup: two brothers, Roy and Floyd McCamis: and one grandchild.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the Riverside Cemetery, Montpelier with the Rev. Harold Dorsey officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Thompson Funeral Home, Montpelier.
There will be no calling hours.
Memorials may be given to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, the American Legion Auxiliary #662 or to the donor's choice.
