Pickle was my first pet. My mom finally decided I could have a puppy. We went to a few breeders but none felt like a match until we got to the last house of the day. There was this big wooden box and inside were about 5 puppies. All five standing on their back paws to get a good look at you. And then I saw her. She was the most beautiful animal I have ever seen. I picked her up and held her warm, trembling body close to me. I knew she was supposed to be mine. And 3 weeks later she was. Pickle was everything a dog should be. She was very protective of her family. Whenever I was in the pool she'd run around the entire pool, barking her head off and occasianlly jumpping in to rescue me. She also jumped into a bathtub I was in to "save me". I'll tell ya there is nothing more terrifying then watching a 30 pound sheltie come right toward you. She was the love of my life and now that she's gone the world seems less bright. She will always be my most loyal friend. We love you Pickle and we will miss you forever.

"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift. That is why it is called the present." Every moment I had with you was a gift.

To ALL who visit my sweet Pickle's page I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It means so much that people who never even knew her come by to remember her.
