Mr. Paul C. Melton, age 68, of Monroe, passed away on Thursday (February 16, 2012) at Carolinas Medical Center - Union.
Mr. Melton was born on November 25, 1943, in Union County, North Carolina, a son of Mary Starnes Melton and the late Artis Melton. He was retired from Square D with over twenty years of service.
Survivors include his wife, Kathryn Purser Melton of the home; one daughter, Angela Williams and husband, Bruce, of Monroe; one grandson, Corey Williams of Monroe; one granddaughter, Andrea Vouen of Monroe; two great-grandchildren, Alicia Vouen and Vincent Vouen of Monroe; his mother, Mary Starnes Melton of Monroe; one brother, David Melton of Marshville; and one sister, Helen Craig of Monroe.
