electronic warfare. He was a 1976 Garinger High School graduate and a member
St. Luke United Methodist Church.
Survivors are his wife, Darby of Delmar, Calif.; daughter, Miss Allyson
Riley of San Diego; parents, Bill and Nancy Riley ; brother, Richard Riley of
Concord; sister, Mrs. Mary Jane Rainwater; grandmother, Mrs. Ollie Riley .
