Son of Carl Aldinger and Sofie Lanster both born in Germany. His usual residence was 1/2 mile west of Bisbee. His WWI draft registration card filled out in September 1918 listed him as short, stout, with blue eyes and light brown hair and no immediate family; his occupation was miner. He was retired and divorced at the time of his death. He died at age 66 at the Cochise County Hospital owing to myocarditis due to arterio sclerosis with silicosis. Buried January 3, 1946.
