Catherine Elizabeth Miller was born 5 Oct 1829 in Auburn, Cayuga, New York to Mr. and Mary Ann (Noble) Miller of Liverpool, England.
She married Jonathan Trueblood in Geneva, Kane, Illinois on 13 Jun 1847. They had 7 children, and moved to Delta County, Michigan between 1850-1853. Jonathan enlisted in the U.S. Infantry on 13 Jun 1862 and was "shot before Atlanta, Georgia, Aug. 7, 1864", leaving Catherine with seven children to raise.
She married Jonathan's friend, Jacob Carrow, on 15 Feb. 1868 at Sack Bay, Delta, Michigan. Catherine and Jacob had three children. Jacob died in 1901, and Catherine died 16 Feb 1919 in Detroit. According to her death certificate, she was buried at Woodmere Cemetery on 18 Feb 1919.
