Katherine N. Dell, 85, Hollidaysburg, formerly of Duncansville, died Thursday at the Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg. She was born in Newry, daughter of Benjamin and Grace (Glunt) Detrick. She married Joseph S. 'Wess' Dell Oct. 10, 1942, in Winchester, Va. Surviving are her husband of 67 years; sister, Grace Fowkes, Duncansville; and brother, John M. Detrick, Duncansville. Predeceased by sister, Azalia Miller; and brothers: Vernon, Don, Tom, Ben and Bill. Katherine was a 1942 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. She was a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church, Duncansville. She also was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Hollidaysburg Chapter 471. No public viewing. Private funeral service at Sorge Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg. Interment at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
