ADAMS Mrs. Eleanor Mary (Conrad), 67, 329 Broad Street, Cresson, died June 20, 1966, at home. Born April 16, 1899, in Frugality, Pa., daughter of the late Walter and Della (Brant) Conrad. Survived by husband Dewey, and these children Howard Richard, Loretto; Cyril, Cresson; Alfretta, wife of Robert Stafford, Barnesboro, and Alfred, Mary, wife of Joseph McGuire, John, Kenneth and William, all of Cresson; also 22 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by 2 children, Mrs. Alberta Adams Gill and Frances Virginia, brother, William, and sister, Alma. Survived by these brothers and sisters Edgar, Cresson; Mrs. Marie Lenz, Loretto; Mrs. Frances Shook, Wilmore; Mrs. Lillian McClure, Cresson; Mrs. Geraldine Capouellez, Amsbry; Mrs. Adelaide Maloney, Altoona; Mrs. Rose Louchart, Gallitzin; Mrs. Margaret Holiday, Portage; Walter, Cresson, and Mrs. Betty Auker, Altoona. Past president of auxiliary to Post 7377, VFW, Sankertown. Member of auxiliary to Post 238, American Legion, Cresson, and Altar & Rosary Society of St. Francis Xaviers Catholic Church, Cresson. Former employee of PRR, Altoona Shops. Retired employee of the former Dr. Flick State Hospital, Cresson. Friends received from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at John W. Lynch Funeral Home, Cresson, where Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Francis Xaviers Catholic Church, the Very Rev. Gerald Stephens, VF, celebrant. Interment, St. Aloysius Cemetery.
