He was a member of Reed Masonic Lodge and a teacher of Roosevelt Bible Class at church for 40 years. He was at Alexander East Funeral Home in Evansville, Indiana, and was buried at Parklawn Cemetery in Evansville, Indiana. He is survived by his wife, Helen (Cater) Seiffertt; sons, Reverend Gordon A. Seiffertt of Louisville, Kentucky; Reverend Kenneth W. Seiffertt of Hartford City, Indiana; sister, Mrs. Frieda Sims of Addieville, Indiana and four grandchildren. He was the Son ofGeorge T and Emma (?) Seiffertt and the Husband of Helen Irene (Riddle) (Cater) Seiffertt.
