Myron is my Maternal Grandfather. He was a carpenter by trade & LOVED Guns & Tools. He gave me his 30-30 rifle & my Dad got all his Tools which were left to me & my husband,Gary. Grandpa was a lot of fun, he loved to play tricks on people or just kid them really. He was a very quiet, loving man.

The last day of his life here on Earth was my Mother's Birthday & he was in an assisted living facility because my Mom had been having to take my Dad back & forth to Gainsville for his heart condition. Anyway, she & Daddy had been to see him & she asked him if he knew what day it was & of course he did, that it was Mom's Birthday. He told her Happy Birthday & that he loved her. She told him that they would see him the next morning that they had to go check on Daddy's Mom. Grandpa told them that they would NOT see him in the morning, & Mom thought that he meant that they would be there later in the day.He passed in the early morning hours of the 14th of April & Mom & Daddy didn't make it there before he died. That morning when they got home, Mom said that Grandpa knew that he was going to Heaven that night altho she didn't know how he knew.

Easter had always been on of Mom's favorite holidays, but after Grandpa died & was Buried on Easter Monday, it was never the same for her. He will always be remembered by our family for how he loved to have fun, & the great Grandfather that he was to us. WE LOVE & MISS YOU GRANDPA.
