BUCKIO, Charles E. 91, of Riviera Beach, Florida, former resident of Beavercreek Township, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at Hospice of Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Fl. He had been a resident of Florida since 1980. He was born May 7, 1920, in Woodsfield,, Oh., the son of the late Chester L. and Elizabeth Dearth Buckio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Prince Buckio, of 39 years, in February 1987. Charles graduated from Woodsfield High School and Marietta Business School. He retired after 30 years from the HQAFLC. Wright-Patt AFB, Ohio. He is a member of Fairborn Methodist Church, Fairborn Masonic Lodge #711, Scottish Rite Miami Valley of Dayton, Wright-Patt Retirees Club, an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He is survived by a sister, Betty J. Gilbert, Beavercreek, Ohio, two nephews and their wives, one niece and her husband and god child, Sharyn Dornfeld. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Beaver Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
