Edward Joseph Keogh

Edward Joseph Keogh, formerly of Lompoc, died Friday, January 25, 2008 at the age of 100.
Edward was born June 3, 1907 in New York, New York to Henry and Helena Keogh. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He moved to Lompoc in 1959 and worked as a cook with the Federal Correction Institute in Lompoc, retiring in 1973. He was a member of La Purisima Catholic Church. He moved to Sparta, Tennessee to be near his family. There he was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife Susan Alice Keogh, a son Patrick Joseph and a grandson Kevin Michael Keogh.

The funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 in Sparta Tennessee. Interment will be Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 10 am in the Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery. Local arrangements are under the direction of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary.
