Sioux Falls, SD - AP - Pinned in the flaming cab of his overturned truck, Lloyd B. Cadwell of Sioux Falls died on the side of highway 16, two miles west of here Monday afternoon, July 12.
The truck flipped over after it and another truck sideswiped as both were traveling west.
First arrivals at the accident scene heard Mr Cadwell screaming for aid and attempted unsuccessfully to put out the flames with fire extinquishers. Mr Cadwell was driving for Loonan lumber company of Sioux Falls.
