Ruth Elizabeth Drew Boese died on Monday, June 13th. She was born on September 1, 1920 in Jasper, MN, the daughter of Warren Drew and Maude Vickerman Drew. She married Arthur Lee Boese on June 29th, 1941. She is survived by her children, Maudie Tschetter (Dennis), Sioux Falls, Robert Boese (Bonnie), Cambridge, MN, and Mary Ward (Donald), Pierre. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Steven Tschetter, Hopkins, MN, Amy Boese (Jay Coland) Falcon Heights, MN, Scott Tschetter, Milwaukee, WI, Carrie Ward (Torry Zeller), Pierre, Alexandra Boese (Dan Buck) St. Paul, MN, and Judson Ward, Santa Cruz, CA, and by 6 great-grandchildren, Juno, Rhea and Isadore Coland, Falcon Heights, Ella Avery Ward-Zeller of Pierre and Roan buck and Echo Boese, St. Paul, MN. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Frances, and by Arthur, her husband of 62 years. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved to care for her beautiful garden. She grew over 30 varieties of flowers. Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. at Chapel Funeral Home in Sioux Falls of Friday, June 17th.
