Williams, Phyllis Ann
Age 58, of West Carrollton, passed away on Friday, September 18, 1998, at the Kettering Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sallie Blevins, in 1989. Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Doc H. Williams; her father, Herbert Blevins, of Dayton; one daughter, Stephanie A. Ryan, of West Carrollton; one son H. Alan Ryan, of Phoenix, AZ.; one granddaughter, Sarah N. Ryan, of Durango, CO.; three sisters, Jewel Hackworth, of Ashland, KY., Georgia Aldridge, of Riverside, and Glema Blade, of Hillsboro. Three brothers, Donald Fraley, of KY, Clyde Fraley, of Hillsboro, and Phillip Blevins , of Carlisle, nieces Sally Rigg, Amy Rigg, Kelli Rigg, Natalie Herdman, Samantha Blevins, and Joann Slorp; one nephew, Doug Fields. Mrs. Williams was a member of the Moraine Heights Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, September 22, 1998, at the Moraine Heights Baptist Church, 5661 Munger Road with Pastors Travis and Terrell Hudson officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call upon the family from 4 PM, Monday, at the Tobias Funeral Home, Far Hills Avenue, or two hours prior to the service at church on Tuesday.
