Doris Cogdill, daughter of Linzie Roscoe and Elsie Mae Hake O'Dell, was born near Hartville, Missouri. She departed this life at the age of 91 years.
She was a graduate of Hartville High School in the Class of 1933. On June 1, 1935, she was united in marriage to Owen Cogdill and to this union one daughter and six sons were born.
She is survived by a daughter, Judy Arnall, of Hartville, Mo.; six sons, Garnall Cogdill, of Strafford, Mo., Karmon Cogdill, of Lebanon, Mo., Knial Cogdill, of Springfield, Mo., Faron Cogdill, of Rogersville, Mo., Kevin and Klaron Cogdill, both of Hartville, Mo.; 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; a sister, Virginia Latimer, of Hartville, Mo.; a brother, Bobby O'Dell, of Hartville, Mo.; a sister-in-law, Wilda Cogdill, of Springfield, Mo.; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Services for Doris were held Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006 in the Hartville First Baptist Church.
