David Anthony Bovee Sept. 8, 1941 - Oct. 1, 2007 David Anthony Bovee, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather will sorely be missed by every he knew here on earth and will be embraced by family members beyond the veil. David never knew a stranger, never new a slow day at work, and was always available for any favor because he never knew the word "no". David was extremely proud of all his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is smiling onto us from the spirit world. He will always be with us, rooting us on with his words of encouragement. "Do your best", "Do it right the first time so you don't have to do it for a second time", "It's always easier to be a smart donkey than a smart man." He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Mayfield Bovee and Lydia Maxine Domingues; his brother, Jim Bovee; and sister, Eleanor McGrath. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Karlene Bovee; all of his children, Karie, Michele, Kim, Ron, Jennifer, Amber and Karlie; cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 4, 2007 at the Broadway L.D.S. Chapel, 1925 Broadway Ave., Boise. Friends may call to visit with the family from 12 until 12:45 p.m. at the church on Thursday prior to the services. Interment will follow the services at Morris Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Relyea Funeral Chapel. Please make any donations to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Parkcenter Ward & Broadway Ward.
