Rosemary Ashba, age 84 of Jackson formerly of Marshall passed away Friday, November 4, 2011 at Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice Residence in Battle Creek, Michigan. She was born in 1927 to Sonny and Jessie Sheldon in Alger, Ohio. In 1947 she married Paul Ashba Sr. who preceded her in death in 1983.
Rosemary spent most of her life in Marshall where she worked in her younger years in the Vegetable farming. She enjoyed bingo, crochet, flea markets, garage sales, and the big family gatherings.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Lucinda, 10 brothers and sisters,
2 grandsons and 1 great grandson.
Visitation for family and friends will be Monday, November 7, 2011 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the
J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan 49224. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 3:00PM at the funeral home with Rev. Jim Codde officiating. Burial will be at Rice Creek Cemetery, Lee Township, Michigan.
