Daughter of Frederick Bellaire, a cabinet maker originally from Germany, and his wife Elizabeth, whose maiden name is unknown. The family lived in the Quakertown and Cherryville sections of Franklin Twp., Hunterdon Co., New Jersey.

Obituary from the Trenton Evening Times, June 18, 1907:

MARSHALL--In this city, on the 17th inst., Emily R, wife of George H Marshall, in the 53d year of her age. The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral from her husband's residence, No 148 Ashmore Avenue, on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at Riverview Cemetery at convenience of the family.
