Surviving are two daughters, Anne Clark Dover of Moore, and Susan Clark Hawkins of Johnston; two sons, John Davis Clark Jr. of Johnston, and William H. "Bill" Clark of Edgefield; two brothers, William Mahlon Clark of Columbia, and Walter Hugh Clark Jr. of Johnston; and eight grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Bland Funeral Home Chapel, Johnston, with burial in Mount of Olives Cemetery.
