Daughter of M.B. & S.C. Bass
Lizzie Bell Bass 23 of Greer S.C passed away from Pneumonia at a local hospital.She was a wonderful person and loved by many.She is missed greatly.She was the daughter of;
Manning Benjamin and Syntha Kathryn[Katey]Reynolds Bass.
She is survived by her parents and the following sibbligs Four brothers as follows;
Rev.Jesse W.Bass,Johnnie H.Bass,James D.Bass and
Robert Bass and four sisters,Florence V.Bass,Lillie Mae BASS,Nancy Jane Bass and Nettie Sue Bass.Lizzie Bell
was well known and respected in her home town.She had been
sick for several weeks.The family had taken her to a couple
of hospitals in the area.Lizze Bell died in a spartanburg
hospital.I had heard my family speak of Lizzie quite a bit.
I know that she was loved dearly and that the family tried
everything they could to save her.She was just starting
her life,and it ended way to soon.She is thought of often.
I do not have personal memories.But I feel as though I knew
her from all the stories told.I know she was very dignified,
and that she had alot of class "all first" I would have
loved to have known her.
