First marriage was to W.D. Booker/Baker, October 30, 1870, Rabun County, Georgia. There was one child from this union, Marler Carlton York. According to family, the marriage was annulled and Marler was adopted by his grandfather, John Marion York.

Callie then married James J. Justus, December 4, 1879, Rabun County, Georgia. They are the parents of Deskie Rachel Justus Rogers.

Her third and final marriage was to Calvin F. York, in Rabun County, Georgia. on November 17, 1890. Three daughters were born of this marriage: Fannie S. York, Mollie Texanna York, and Carrie L. York Cannon.
