Vera McCaslin married first Robert D McDougall beside whom she is buried in Mountain View cemetery. She married second to Howard Stewart Alexander (1970). He is buried in Foothills Gardens of Memory with wife Ruth.

HALLBURG-BEASLEY &-McDougall-McCaslin--In Denver, Monday, September 13, 1920, LeRoy Hallburg and Miss Vera McCaslin
and also Robert McDougall and Eva Beasley.
This double wedding occurred at the First Methodist church in Denver and was a surprise to their friends. The wedding took place at 9 o'clock Monday morning.
These two couple, accompanied by a third couple and a chaperon, went to Denver Sunday evening.
After the ceremony, or rather ceremonies, a wedding breakfast was served at the home of J. Campbell Corey, a cousin of Mr. McDougall, a cartoonist of the Denver Times.
Mrs. McDougal is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matt McCaslin of Hygiene, and has been in training school for nurses in the Longmont hospital for about a year.
"Bob" McDougall is well known among our young people as a young man of sterling worth. He graduated from our High School in 1916, and sreved his county in the navy on the battleship Louisiana, with the title of gun captain. He is now employed in the store of the Longmont Hardware and Implement Co. and Commander of the American Legion.
Mrs. Hallburg is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Beasley, and was also in training at the Longmont hospital, and also a graduate of the Longmont High School.
Mr. Hallburg is the son of Henry Hallburg and is employed in the Longmont postoffice, and is an upright industrious young man.
Both couples went to Colorado Springs for their honeymoon and will make their homes in Longmont.
