Son of Henry W. Ragsdale / Ragsdill or Ragsdail & Roselee Carney/Rozilla Carney. Note: No further information on him after their marriage in 1886. He must have died before 1900 census as his children are listed with a step-father, Andrew Henry. Her death certificate says she is buried in Carterville, Williamson Co., IL but does not identify cemetery.
