CARL E. POMEROY, 89, of Golden died June 21 in the Goshen County Memorial Nursing Home in Torrington, Wyo. Services were June 25 in Fort Laramie Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Fort Laramie Cemetery. Mr. Pomeroy was a native of Seward County, Neb. He lived in Golden until moving into the nursing home in May. Survivors include his wife, Edna Pomeroy of Golden; two sons, Herb Pomeroy of Fort Laramie and Larry Pomeroy of Cottonwood, Ariz.; a daughter, Patricia Riches of Salt Lake City, Utah; a stepson, Kenneth Rowe of Salt Lake City; 16 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
