She was born June 28, 1970, in Covington, Ky., the daughter of Roy and Kathleen Fugate. She worked in food service at Belterra Resort.
She is survived by three daughters, Laura Beth, Ashley and Crystal Austin; one son, Montana; two brothers, Tommy Fugate and Roy Fugate; two sisters, Tammy Fugate and Michelle Woodyard; and one granddaughter.
The funeral was at Graham-Dunn Funeral Home in Carrollton, Ky. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Newport, Ky.
