Mary Frances ( Newell ) ball 75 Brookfield passed away Monday morning May 24, 1999
At Pershing Memorial Hospital Brookfield Missouri.
Mary Frances was the daughter of Harley C & Bertha ( Johnson ) Newell was born February 7, 1924 in Ludlow, Missouri.
Mrs. Ball married Earl Raymond Ball on December 8, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri.
After graduating from high Bramyer High School she went to Kansas City & worked for Commerce Trust Company for five years. After getting married she moved to a farm near Manhattan, Kansas. In 1959 she moved back to Brookfield with her family.
Mrs. Ball graduated in June 1962 from Doven Beauty College Kirksville, MO. In July 1962 Mrs. Ball opened her own Beauty Shop & operated it until her health forced her to close.
Mrs. Ball was a member of the Grace Baptist Church, Brookfield, MO.
Mrs. Ball is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters & four brothers.
Mrs. Ball is survived by husband of the home; one daughter & spouse of Chillicothe, MO; one son & spouse of Glendive, MT; one grandson of Glendive, MT; two sisters one of Torrance, CA; one of Olathe, KS; one brother of KS, several nieces, nephews & other family.
Funeral services are May 28, 1999 at 2:00 pm at the Rhodes Funeral Home Brookfield, MO. Interment is at Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday May 27, 1999 starting at 1:00 pm with family receiving friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
