Frank Lester Bernardi, 77 Floyds Knobs, died Saturday at University of Louisville Hospital. He was a native of Perry County, a retired truck salesman for international Harvester Co. in Louisville, a member of DePauw Memorial United Methodist Church in New Albany and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 270. Survivors include his wife, the former Myrtle N. Johnson; a daughter, Phyllis J. Walther of Lanesville; three sisters, Rosemary Parr of Alton and Marge Lundgren and Ann McKaim, both of New Albany; two Grandchildren and two greategrandchildren. The funeral was yesterday at Seabook Funeral Home in New Albany with entombment in Kraft-Graceland Mausoleum. The Rev. James Coffey officiated. The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Heart Association.
