John R. "Jack" Curtis, 63, of East Genesee Street, Skaneateles, died Friday at Auburn Memorial Hospital.
A life resident of the Skaneateles area, Mr. Curtis worked as an equipment operator for the town.
He was a past member of the Robert J. Hydon American Legion Post No. 239 in Skaneateles and the Valentine Meyer American Legion Post No. 317 in Skaneateles Falls. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Surviving are two sons, David of Auburn and John, Jr., of Weedsport; a grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Robert D. Gray Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Cayuga.
Calling hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 49 Jordan St., Skaneateles.
