Mamie P. Collins Hagerty, 93, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Fort Scott, Kan. She was born Aug. 14, 1919, in Fort Scott, Kan., the daughter of Joel Pruitt and Mollie Hudsell Pruitt. She married Floyd E. Collins on Sept. 18, 1937, at Nevada, Mo. He preceded her in death on March 8, 1941. She later married Albert Hagerty. He also preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Earl and Joe Pruitt and three sisters, Mearl McPeak, Eathel Allen and Ivy Pruitt.
