Mr. Caddell died Dec. 18, 2012, in Dallas.
He was born Sept. 5, 1990, in Dallas and was a lifelong resident of Smith County. He was a 2009 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School where he participated in track and field, football and baseball. He was a member of Jones Valley Community COGIC. He loved to swim and perform in church activities. He was a transporter for Singapore Airlines.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sandra Peters, and paternal grandfather, Charles Caddell.
Survivors include his parents, Cedric Caddell Sr. and Dionn Mitchell; grandparents, Ardenna and Ray Ashley and James and Bobbie Linwood; brothers, Jadarrius Jones and Wiley Mitchell; and aunts, Dorthea Caddell-Johnigan, Faye Jubilee and Jewell Davis.
Family will receive friends and visitors from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, and viewing will continue at the church from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday.
