Mrs Ethel V. Franks, age 81, died at her home, 345 Lookingglass, Saturday, November 29, she had been a lifelong resident of this area.
She is survived by 4 sons, Walter and Dale of Lansing, Clarence and Andrew of Portland; 2 daughter, Mrs. Adabelle Irwin and Mrs. Belle Messer of Grand Ledge; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the Nellers Funeral Home, with Rev. Morris Christenson officiating.
Buriel was in the Portland Cemetery. Gary Franks, Walter Franks, Robert Sims, Roger Taylor were Pall Bearers.
