Mrs. Lucille N. Moe, 70, of 2537 Ashby, died Thursday afternoon at Midland Hospital Center. She was born March 23, 1906, in Wood County, Ohio. She came to Midland as a child and attended the old Crane School in Ingersoll Township. She was a member of the Roseann Club and the Country Cousins.
She is survived by six sons, Robert, Lawrence (Bill), Dale and Carl, all of Midland, Richard, of Poplar Bluff, MO., and Gary, of Romburg, Germany; five daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Shirley) Rooker, of Midland, Mrs Paul (Diane) Nelson, of Sanford, Mrs. Lawrence (Catherine) Ward, of Bay City, Mrs. Edward (Clara) Penney, of Coleman, and Mrs. Calvin (Dorothy) Evans, of Griffin, GA; one sister, Mrs. Florence Yager, of Midland; 35 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Ware-Smith Funeral Home. The Rev. James Ritchie, of Faith United Methodist Church of Coleman, will officiate. Burial will be in Homer Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Saturday.
