CAYCE - The funeral service for Mrs. Leeperlis Branham Collins, 79, of Cayce, will be held 1 o""'clock Thursday, September 30, 2010, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Congaree Ward, 1330 Whippoorwill Dive, with Bishop Kyle McCue, Bishop Rocco Del Priore and Chaplain Brett DeYoung officiating. Interment will follow in Centerville Cemetery, Ridgeway. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o""'clock Wednesday at Shives Funeral Home, 5202 Colonial Drive, Columbia.
Mrs. Collins died Sunday, September 26, 2010. Born in Fairfield County, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Kate Kelly Branham. She worked with Pacific Mills as well as the Dairy Bar on S. Main St. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Congaree Ward.
Survivors include her daughter, Gaynelle Embrey and husband, Thomas; son, Timothy Collins and fiancee, Krystal; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Clethia Harwell. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Collins was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Collins, and sister, Liza Belle Peake.
