Age 94, of Mount Laurel, NJ. Died Sunday, July 24, 2005, at Care One at Evesham in Evesham Township, N.J. Mr. Martini was born in Minersville, PA, and lived in Cherry Hill, NJ, before moving to Mount Laurel 19 years ago. 'David Martin' was a spare parts Manager at RCA in Camden,NJ for 48 years, retiring in 1971. Mr. Martini was a communicant of Saint John Neumann R.C. Church in Mount Laurel. He was a devoted member of the church and assisted the priests with the daily masses and church services. Mr. Martini was preceded in death by his wife, Laura (nee Glazier) in 1994. He is survived by his daughter, Emilie (Mimi) I. Sisson and her husband David of Destin, FL, his son, Louis D. Martini and his wife, Dianne of Shelbyville, KY, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters-in law, Lena Palese of Collingswood, NJ, Florence Martini of Deerfield, FL, and Irene Martini of Deland, FL.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 4th, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and on Friday, August 5th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the MOUNT LAUREL HOME FOR FUNERALS, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated 11:30 AM, Friday August 5th at Saint John Neumann R.C. Church, 560 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
