Funeral services for Mrs. Mary E. Allen, 88, were held at 2 p.m., Thursday at Leesburg Baptist Church. Interment was made in the Leesburg Cemetery.

Mrs. Allen died Wednesday morning at her home, following an extended illness.

Survivors include three sons, Leo Allen, Morton, Eunice Allen, Brandon, Jim Allen, Pelahatchie; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Hancock, Pelahatchie, and Mrs. Paul Millings, Brandon; four sisters, Mrs. J.W. Pace, Pelahatchie, Mrs. Virgie Herd, Byron, Texas, Mrs. Georgie Shoemaker, Morton, Mrs. Sarah Herd, Waco, Texas; 22 grandchildren; 61 great-grandhchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
