Although little is known of Helen's husband, their three children were all born in Canterbury. Helen left Liverpool on March 1, 1906 to immigrate to Canada aboard the Kensington. Helen's daughter, Alice, and family travelled on the same voyage but Helen travelled separately. In 1911, Helen is living with her daughter's family.
