Born in Charleston, West Va., she lived in Margate for more than 30 years.
She traveled extensively during the 1960s and 1970s, entertaining troops around the world.
A graduate of the Mason College of Music, she studied with Walter Bricht of the Vienna, Austria, Conservatory.
Surviving are her sister, Norma Jean Gisser of Margate and South Orange; and a brother, Victor Parcell of Richmond, Va.
Services will be noon Wednesday at Trinity United Methodist Church, Melbourne and Ventnor avenues, Ventnor, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
