He served in the US Army as a Military Police Officer. He later owned his own cement construction company.
He is survived by his wife, Theda; 3 sons: Ralph Cornelius, Jr. & wife Angel, Ken.
Funeral services will be December 11, 2006 at Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell, OK. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery. Ralph will be carried to his final resting place by his sons and grandsons.

Funeral services for Ralph Glenn Cornelius, 65, of Wanette were held Dec. 11, 2006 at Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Gary Green and Pastor Jeff Pierce officiating and Pastor Floyd Been as the honorary pastor. Interment will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Purcell under the direction of Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mr. Cornelius died Dec. 7, 2006 at his home. He was born May 5, 1941 in Wellston, the youngest of 11 children of Lewis Alexander Cornelius and Mable Kelley Cornelius.
Mr. Cornelius married Theda Marie Ferrell Nov. 1, 1958 in El Reno. Together they reared three sons. He worked for the Oklahoma City Police.
