Dean Edward age 76 of Moore, passed away Feb. 25, 2004. Born April 22, 1927 in Lookeba, OK to Frank Morgan and Addie Brokaw. He was retired from the City of Arlington, TX where he was manager of the Solid Waste Management Dept. Dean was a member of the Church of Christ and is survived by his wife Julia Joan Brokaw of the home; four children, Gary Wayne Brokaw of Geronimo, OK, Kenneth Alan Brokaw of Bethany, Linda Carol Brokaw of Corpus Christi, TX and Nancy Botts of Houston, TX, one sister June Jones of Miami, OK, four grandchildren, several great grandchildren and his special pet Fitz the orange cat. Funeral services will be 10 AM Monday, March 1, 2004 at Hunter Funeral Home of Capitol Hill with interment following in Hillside Cemetery, Purcell, OK." [Published in the Oklahoman on 3/1/2004]
