Rachel Gillott, 58, Dies After Illness
Mrs. Rachel May Gillott, 58, of 2311 Wellington Pl., died Sunday morning in Wesley Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born March 29, 1886 in Udall, Kan. A member of Wellington Place Baptist Church, she had resided in Wichita since 1914.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Hattie Bidwell, 439 N. Vine St.; a son, Howard, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Josephine Briley, 609 N. Custer Ave., Mrs. Jennie Goodman, Mulvane, and Mrs. Flora Cameron, Fall River, Kan., and one brother, Andrew Bidwell, 1326 S. Walnut St.
Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Downing Mortuary.
