Laura was a T.V. personality and managed the ushers at the Eccles Theatre. She was also runner-up in the Mrs. Utah Pageant in 1983. Perhaps her crowning performance was raising her five children: Lisa Benson in Arizona; J.R. She has nine grandchildren and claims two more from Veronica. Laura was preceded in death by her younger brother, Mickey, and is survived by her parents; her sister, Marcia Robinson; her husband, Jan; and her children and grandchildren. Funeral services will be at noon Monday, June 22, in the Logan 25th Ward Chapel, 325 Lauralin Dr., Logan. Viewings will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 21, at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, and before the funeral services at the church from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be left at the viewing and funeral.
