Wanda J. Schieber, 74, El Paso, passed away at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 23, 2010) at Advocate Eureka Hospital.
She was born Sept. 19, 1936 in Tonti Township, a daughter of Vergil and Dorothea Powell Shaw. She married Vernon Schieber on June 5, 1953 in Bloomington. He survives.
Also surviving are six sons, Joe D. (Theresa) Schieber, Vergil Schieber, Darrell Schieber, Darwin (Jill) Schieber and Richard Schieber, all of El Paso and Roger (Dana) Schieber, Rushville; two daughters, Vernette (Kent) Wagner and Jan (Bill) Rassi, both of Roanoke; one brother, Charles D. (Sharon) Shaw, Littleton; one sister-in-law, Darlene Shaw, Rushville and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Donald and Darrell Shaw and one son, Roland Schieber.
