Mother is Emily Hardy Scott (1801-1828). She was Justis Scott's first wife. Her burial site is probably in East Otto, Cattaraugus, NY, but this has not been documented at this time.

Served in Co. C, 112th New York Infantry. Died of dysentery while aboard the steamer Cosmopolitan.
