Mrs. Ellen Sara Nealon, 83, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joe Grossart at 4:30 Tuesday morning. She was a well known resident of this community, having resided for many years in the Logan precinct before moving to Wolbach, where she has made her home with her daughter for the past twelve years.

Mrs. Nealon was born in Iowa, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael Nestor and at the age of six moved with her parents to Nebraska where the family homesteaded in the Logan precinct, about three miles east of O'Connor.

Mrs. Nealon was a great pioneer lady, having taught school in this county. She was married to Patrick Nealon at O'Connor December 6, 1898. She and her husband resided in the Logan precinct. Mr. Nealon died in the 1918 flu epidemic.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Joe Grossart and five sons, Frank and Joe, Greeley; Anthony, Wolbach; Edward, Baldwin Park, California and Roy of Phoenix, Arizona; two sisters, four brothers, 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren....

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter, five sisters and three brothers.

She will be greatly missed by her many friends, relatives and family.
