Otis C. Brockman, age 58, of Winter Haven died there Monday. He was an engineer with the State Road Department ten years in Tallahassee retiring in 1963. He was a resident of Madison some years ago. His wife, now deceased, was a sister of Mrs. Jimmy Stanley of Madison. Surviving are a son, Richard Brockman of Lake City; a daughter, Mary Ann Cochran of Orlando and his mother, Mrs. Ethel Brockman of Grandin; and a brother and a sister.
