Fallen Graver

Sadly, Marilyn has passed away. Please consider visiting their Find a Grave memorial page and leaving some virtual flowers. Their enthusiasm for cemeteries and willingness to help future generations lives on through their contributions to Find a Grave.

Bio

I really enjoy helping out others find their families as some other volunteers helped me. Also I can't see making a trip to a cemetery to find one or two relatives and not documenting as many graves as I can.

But PLEASE don't ask for transfers if they are NOT your direct relatives. Uncles, aunts, cousins are NOT direct relatives.

Any corrections are welcome. My eyes are not what they use to be!

And hopefully all the many, many additional information requests are for your relatives only. I'm the one doing the leg work, sometimes in dangerous neighborhoods. I'm in my mid-60's I can't run too fast anymore so the thought of someone sitting in front of the computer researching other people's relatives without being asked kind of irks me. If you want to document others relatives, by all means get out there with a camera and start walking the cemeteries and submit them to Find A Grave!

And I definitely will not change dates or spellings of what is on a gravestone. If there is a mistake I will, however, put it in the notes section.
